Can I contact the Arbitrator directly?

No, contacting your Arbitrator directly is a violation of the FairClaims Rules and Procedures, may be a violation of the law, and may hurt your case.

First, your Arbitrator will not consider any information that is not submitted through the FairClaims website or during your Hearing. Contacting the Arbitrator at all outside of the Hearing environment (or during the Answer portion for Doc-Review) will not affect the outcome of your case or change it in any way if a decision has already been made.

Secondly, your Arbitrator is legally prohibited from providing any advice whatsoever, as such, contact will not lead to any productive results. It also could raise a perception that you are attempting to influence the Arbitrator which could hurt your case.
