Step 1: Click Login at www.FairClaims.com.
Step 2: Enter your email address and password.
If you have forgotten your password, please click “Forgot your password?”
Step 3: Click “View Dispute.”
Step 4: Click “Add.”
Step 5: Click “Add” under the type of evidence you wish to add.
Step 6: Click in the white box to upload files (as displayed in these instructions).
You can also drag/drop your files into the box, if you prefer.
You’ll see a pop-up window like this one to help you select the files from your computer.
If you have uploaded the files, you will see their shadow present in the white box now.
Once you have finished adding all your files, click “Done.”
Step 7: If you would like to add a description to any piece of evidence, click “Add Note.”
Type your note, then click “Update.”
Now you will return to the summary screen.
Click “Back” to return to the Home Page.
