Can the other side see my evidence?

Yes, but we make this fair for both parties.

Hearing Arbitrations:

The initial evidence portal closes 4 days prior to the Hearing. The parties then have the ability to view the opposing party’s evidence to get ready for the Hearing.

The parties then have 4 days from the time the Hearing starts to upload post-hearing Evidence. After this, there is a 24 hour comments portal. This is when the parties can view the opposing side’s post-hearing evidence and make final comments to the Arbitrator regarding this evidence.

*Please note, once the portals are closed, they cannot be reopened!*

Document-Only Arbitrations:

The parties have 5 days from the date the Respondent is signed up to submit evidence.

After this 5 day evidence upload timeframe, the parties will have the opportunity to review the opposing side’s evidence while they await the questions from the Arbitrator. The parties can address any opposing evidence when answering the Arbitrator’s questions.

*Please note, once the portals are closed, they cannot be reopened!*
