What happens if I am unable to pay after the decision or settlement?

We understand that life happens.  While it is important to pay on time to make sure the other side does not seek court and sheriff's action. Unlike court we are happy to work to help figure out a payment plan that works for both sides.

If the other side decides to pursue the enforcement process, the sheriff may place liens on your property, levy your bank account or garnish your wages - all of which may affect your credit score.  Late payments may also be subject to accruing interest.
