How do payments work after a decision or settlement?


We're happy to pass along payment details to the other side, but FairClaims does not process payments.

We typically recommend against cash for tracking purposes, and instead generally suggest cashiers/bank checks.  We require that payments be sent using a method that provides a tracking number (USPS Certified Mail, FedEx, etc.).  The tracking number must be communicated to FairClaims at the time of mailing.
