You can accomplish this by logging into your dashboard and clicking on the "Dispute Details" tab located at the top of your page.
As shown below:
You will then be brought to this screen. Click on the "Make Preferences" hyperlink (blue lettering) which will bring up a pop-up screen.
(Please do not put anything in the "Let us know when you've been paid" section until you have received the full amount due, this will mark your dispute as paid)
The pop-up screen looks like this:
This is where you will select your method of payment and click submit when you are finished.
Once you fill this section out, your preferences will automatically be sent to the owing party.
